Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation (MVC) Stockholders’ Meeting was held last April 25, 3pm at the Makati Sports Club. Mr. Takahiro Machiba, Chairman and CEO and Mr. Edwin Ll. Umali, President and Chief Operating Officer presided over the meeting and presented a report on the company’s performance for 2018, outlook for 2019 and the company’s performance as of March 2019.
Mr. Umali assured the stockholders that although many challenges remain, MVC, together with the Board of Directors, management and employees, remains committed to keep its leading position in the Philippines market through continued investments in production and distribution facilities.
The following have been elected to the Board of Directors for 2019-2020: Takahiro Machiba (Chairman), Edwin Ll. Umali, Jose O. Juliano, Barbara Anne C. Migallos, Renato N. Migriño, Takayuki Nakamura and Yoshiaki Uenishi.
Mr. Machiba announced the declaration of cash dividend per share to all stockholders of record as of May 23, 2019 and payment date scheduled not later than June 19, 2019.
