To cap the activity, Mr. Edilberto L. Bayor (Environment, Health and Safety Specialist) said during his closing remarks that, “Being prepared can reduce fear, anxiety and losses during emergencies. MVC undertakes the share in the concerns of the communities it operates; thus, MVC will continue to observe safe and environment-friendly practices. This would include regular training and exercise on emergency preparedness and response procedures not only in its plant premises, but extending to its neighboring community as well.”
